Strahm Sells!

When identical units are for sale

If you sell homes in developments, you're often up against competing units that are virtually identical.  Sometimes, they are identically priced.  So how do you get you listing to stand out?

Wait.  Let me ask that again. So how do you get you listing to stand out?

Do I really have to ask that question?  If you're a real estate agent, then marketing is one of your strong suits, right?  Sadly, that doesn't always seem to be the case.

While buyers are more than likely going to visit all of the units in a development, don't you want yours to be the one that they anticipate?  Don't you want your listing the one that they keep coming back to on the Internet?

I have one word for you:  Photography!

One of my listings has an identical unit a few doors down for sale.  Identical (well, some different cabinets).  I will admit that vacant units and lived in units show differently.

But which one of these properties is going to be the go to listing that buyers bookmark?
