Strahm Sells!: Lansdale, PA - Library Raffle

Lansdale, PA - Library Raffle

Lansdale Library RaffleLansdale Library is continuing their raffle basket fundraiser in the new year.  The basket currently up for raffle is a Master Mechanic 18V tool set that includes a battery, charger, flashlight, jig saw, impact driver, polisher, circular saw, reciprocating saw and a right angle drill.  The basket was donated by Wilson's Hardware, located at 217 West Main Street, and will be up for raffle for two months. Tickets cost $1.00 per chance and can be purchased at the front desk of the Library. The winner of the basket will be drawn on February 15, 2011 so enter often to win this incredible basket and help raise funds for our Library.

This is a very generous donation by the Flyziks and Wilson's Hardware.  One of the wonders of a small town is seeing the business support the community.  It only works if the connumity then supports the businesses!

So go to the library and buy some raffle tickets -- and go to Wilson's for all your hardware needs (I just bought some ice melt today -- we're getting another storm tomorrow, you know!)

If we lived there, my husband would probably buy a LOT of raffle tickets...my son, too! This is a great idea for a fundraiser. I'm going to suggest it in our town. We're bracing for a storm, too. They're already talking about closing school on Wednesday. I thought this was supposed to be a mild winter!

Nina - I bought an arm's length of tickets!  And i hear you about the snow.  After last year, we really needed a mild winter!
